Upon Arrival

Upon arrival, an attendee will be given a tour of the grounds and introduced to the staff. They will receive their room assignments and settle in.

At the start of the program, each attendee will be partnered with a mentor, attend orientation, and begin the schedule. During this time there will be a chance to reflect and get to know the assigned mentor while the attendee begins daily life at Forever International.

First 12 weeks

For the first 12 weeks, each trainee will receive one-on-one training plus group classes. During this time they will continue with the daily schedule, work with their mentors and begin healing.
Areas of focus during the first part of the program include: Scripture memorization, physical fitness, working with the community, talking to God, journaling, attending worship, and seeking out your individual gifts and abilities.

Second 12 Weeks

During the following 12 weeks of the program each trainee will then mentor a new attendee in the program. This is based on the Biblical model of discipleship with Paul and Timothy.

Once an attendee of the program graduates they will be eligible to apply for potential paid/volunteer positions working on the recovery farm and offered transitional suite housing on the property to help set other men free.
