Andrew Douglas was born in Oil City, PA in 1978 and has one older sister Misty Douglas, and parents Patricia Douglas and Kirk J. Douglas. About eighteen years ago he was bound by addictions, depression, and failure from poor decision making. He struggled with low self-esteem, hopelessness, and he was fearful that he would end up in jail or a cemetery due to his destructive path. Over the next several years he had many relapses and went to multiple rehabilitation centers and jails.
Although help seemed far away, his family remained by his side for support and he cried out to God for victory and to be rescued. God did hear his cry and set Andrew free from the bondage of addiction by renewing his mind with the Word of God. He was inspired to get involved in Church, attend conferences/meetings, and to fellowship with other believers. During this faith inspired season he completed a three-year Biblical college course at Free Chapel international and served as an intern in Kansas City with The International House of Prayer. (“IHOP”)
For the next ten years, the Lord continued to bless Andrew by providing him a job as a Tower climber/Technician which utilized his skills as an electrician. During this time he also took the opportunity to become a Firefighter/EMT and earned himself a place on the Confined Space Rescue Team certified in the State of California.
Currently, his desire is to see others delivered from impossible and hopeless circumstances by the renewing of their minds through the Word of God
